Tracking hasn't moved in a few days.
USPS often skips scans between hubs, especially around holidays. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days (or 10 for international), contact us and we'll open a trace or send a replacement.
It says delivered, but I don't have it.
Check with neighbors, your mailroom, and around the property, and give it one more day, since USPS sometimes marks packages delivered early. Then email us and we'll make it right.
Can I change my order or address?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Because we ship fast, call 414-212-5851 or email right away with your order number.
I ordered a custom pair. When will it ship?
Custom and build-your-own pairs are made by hand here in Wisconsin. Reach out with your order number and we'll give you an exact ship date.
What size do I need?
Our suspenders are sized by length and adjust shorter, but not longer. If you're between sizes, size up.

Big build or a large belly. Do I size up?
Yes. Size up one length from your height, and look at our 2" wide styles, which spread the load and stay more comfortable all day.
1", 1.5" or 2" wide?
1" is slim and dressy. 1.5" is our everyday all-rounder. 2" is for work, heavy pants, tool belts and bigger frames.
Clips, buttons or trigger snaps?
Clips work on any pants. Buttons are the classic dress look and need suspender buttons on your pants. Trigger snaps hook onto belt loops, which makes them great for work pants and jeans.
